Beer & Hymns: Austin

Drink. Sing. Give.

Beer & Hymns is exactly what it sounds like: we drink beer and sing classic hymns together in local pubs! Whether you still sing the hymnal every week or just want to tap into the nostalgia of your childhood, all are welcome to attend and sing with whatever level of irony or authenticity you are able. They always tend to be rousing and spirited events!

We charge a small optional cover fee and each month choose a local charity to receive a portion of the proceeds, though we will never turn away anyone based on need.

And of course, this isn't about the beer, it's about the experience, so if alcohol isn't for you, please feel free to order water/soda/etc instead. They are family-friendly events as well, so children are welcome too if parents want to bring them along.
